Welcome to Omorose. Each Omorose garment is handcrafted and produced with care. By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

 

1. Made-to-Order Policy
Omorose specializes in custom-made and made-to-order garments. Due to the nature of custom work and production allocation, all advance payments and completed payments are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled.
   

2.    Payment Terms
Full or advance payment is required to confirm and begin production. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final and non-refundable, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, and refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third parties or external events. Omorose reserves the right to formally contest any chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.
 

3.    Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines may be communicated at the time of order. These timelines are provided in good faith based on current capacity and order volume. While we strive to complete orders within communicated timeframes, production timelines are not guaranteed.
 

4.    Shipping and Delivery
Omorose partners with trusted third-party courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and other reputable carriers. Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via direct communication are estimates based on information shared by these courier services. Dispatch and delivery depend on the operational status and performance of third-party logistics providers. Omorose is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, transportation disruptions, or airspace restrictions.
 

5.    Courier Shutdowns and External Disruptions
There may be circumstances beyond our control that affect production, dispatch, or delivery. These include, but are not limited to, war or political instability, airspace closures, government restrictions or lockdowns, public health emergencies, weather disruptions, natural calamities, courier shutdowns or operational suspensions, customs delays, strikes, or transportation interruptions. In such situations, orders may be delayed, or dispatch may be temporarily unavailable. These circumstances do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
 

6. Occasion-Based Purchases
We understand that many garments are purchased for special events. While we sincerely aim to meet communicated timelines, Omorose does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Clients are responsible for placing orders well in advance of their event. Delays caused by production factors, courier services, customs, or external disruptions do not make an order eligible for a refund.
 

7.    Limitation of Liability
Omorose shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays in production, dispatch, or delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
 

8.    Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
